Appearance: fine straw color, bright and clear
Aroma and taste of the wine: Fresh, with aromas of stone fruits, notes of white nectarines and peaches are carried on a well-structured palate with a fuller body. Grapegruit acidity balances the oak backbone and provides a reasonably creamy lingering note.
Interesting fact: The grapes are grown on vines that are 15-20 years old, planted in calcareous soil. They are harvested in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where they undergo fermentation. No animal-based fining agents have been added, making the wines suitable for vegans.
